Minutes of the ISAB training meeting of the Centralia City Schools Board of Education, District No. 135, Marion, Clinton, Jefferson and Washington Counties, Illinois, held on July 11, 2006 at 5:00 p.m., in the Administration Building, 400 South Elm Street, Centralia, Illinois 62801.

Members Present: Ron Johnson, Greg Dodson, Blake Griffin, Joan Pennock, Lyle Gross, Greg Kleeman and Sue Williams

Also Present: Supt. Tom Hawkins, Mary Roberts and Bob Shanks

Board President Johnson called the meeting to order at 5:10 P.M.

MOTION #1:

It was moved by Johnson and seconded by Dodson to adjourn to closed session for the purpose of conducting a self-evaluation through the “Targeting Achievement Through Governance” program under the direction of Bob Shanks, IASB Representative. Motion carried.

Adjourned to Closed Session at 5:12 p.m. Reconvened to Regular Session at 6:56 p.m.

It was moved by Griffin and seconded by Kleeman to adjourn the meeting. Motion

carried. Meeting adjourned at 6:56 p.m.
