Minutes of the special retreat meeting of the Centralia City Schools Board of Education, District No. 135, Marion, Clinton, Jefferson and Washington Counties, Illinois, held on September 30, 2006 at 9:00 a.m., at 634 Oakdale, Centralia, Illinois 62801.

Board President Johnson called the meeting to order at 9:26 A.M.
