Look what we've been up to this year...

     Our annual "Black History" assembly was held in the school gymnasium on Friday, February 8th at 1:00 P.M.  This event was coordinated by Mrs. Delmar Hill and Mrs. Karen Bahr.

          On Friday, February 29th, Jordan School held an ISAT assembly to encourage third-grade students to "do their best" on our upcoming state tests.  Mr. Bland began the program by giving students a pep talk and by announcing that students would receive a surprise reward if they gave 100% during testing week.  Mrs. Stroud led students in various ISAT cheers while Mrs. Bahr led students in several ISAT-inspired songs...

          In addition to our ISAT  assembly, students were treated to a special presentation of Dr. Seuss' "Cat in the Hat" in honor of Dr. Seuss Week.  Mr. Bland read the story to students while various third-grade students acted out the story.
